A consultation is required to give you an exact quote. Price depends on the method, length and volume. We never quote without an in person consultation first.

Call the salon to set up your consultation. Because of the custom work we do, a consultation is required before your install appointment. We have some extensions in stock, but we often custom order hair for our clients.

A $30 non refundable security deposit is required to book a consultation, and it goes towards any future service you book. A 50% deposit is required when booking your extension application.

With proper care and maintenance, our extensions will not damage your hair. In fact, many clients find their own hair is longer and healthier once their extensions are removed. We go through every step in detail at your consultation. It is also very important that extensions are removed by a trained professional.

We only work with the best premium human hair: double drawn, 100% Remy, and not heavily processed.

We accept Eftpos, Credit card & Cash.

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Without 48 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is needed to rebook. Read our full salon policy.

• Do not wash your hair for 48 hours after installation.
• Make sure your hair is completely dry, especially at the root, before bed, and sleep with it in a loose low ponytail or braid.
• Brush at least 2 times a day with an extension friendly brush, from the ends up to the roots, including above the attachments.
• Use sulfate free, salon grade shampoo and conditioner, and wash in an upright position, never upside down.
• Keep conditioner and treatments on your ends only, away from the bonds.
• Wear a cap in chlorinated water, and keep hair up in spas and saunas.
• Do not tint, colour or perm extensions, and never apply direct heat to bonds.
• Always have extensions removed by a trained professional.
• With keratin bonds, losing 10 to 15 bonds a month is normal.
