NEW CLIENTS/LONG SERVICES

Firstly, Welcome to JPS!

You will receive a reminder text 2 days prior to your appointment, it is important that you respond to this message.  Failure to communicate with the salon may end in cancellation of your appointment.  All New Clients or long appts will be required to pay a $50 Deposit at the time of booking to secure the appointment.  This will be deducted from the service at your appointment.

However if you fail to attend the appointment ( no show ) or cancel within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.  A new $50 deposit will be required to book another appointment.

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

A friendly reminder to please not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you do, we will unfortunately have to ask them to leave and return at the conclusion of your appointment.

*Babies under 12 months excluded

 

CHLORINE

We may refuse a Colour Service on hair that has been exposed to regular Chlorine. Please make sure your hair is clean and dry when you attend your salon visit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We request 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Cancellations & No shows will result in a $50 fee.

This fee will need to be paid before you make another appointment.  These policies and charges help to compensate your stylist for their time and protect the integrity of their schedule.

We thank you for understanding and respecting our time.

 

LATE POLICY

A reminder to please be on time, if not early to your appointment.  If you are going to be late to your appointment, we ask that you call us immediately.  Your Stylist/Therapist will do their best to provide your booked service in the time available. Your late arrival may result in a reduction of the services you booked for or loss of your deposit.

 

HAIR EXTENSIONS & COSMETIC TATTOOING

50% Deposit is required upon booking a large service like Hair Extension or Cosmetic Tattooing. This deposit will come off the total on the day.

Failure to attend the appointment or cancellation within 24 hours will forfeit your deposit.

If you wish to continue coming to JPS you will need to pay another deposit.

This time has been set aside for you for your appointment, Please be respectful of our time.

At JPS Hair & Beauty we are passionate about what we do and value your experience with us.

The treatment of our staff and their workplace fulfilment is of utmost importance to us and therefore, any threat to this will not be tolerated.

We ask that you continue to act respectfully, have realistic expectations and trust our professional advice when it comes to achieving your dream Hair & Skin.

Should we feel as though ones behaviour does not comply with the ethos of our company, we reserve the right to refuse service.
